Round 8 - WTF Darwin?!

 This week the girls took aim at Evolution...

Let's be honest, the world and its inhabitants can be just plain weird. This week the girls discuss a topic that has been discussed frequently between them which they have eloquently titled "What the f**k Darwin?"

Amy opened with a discussion about what our topic for tonight means. Put simply there is a lot of crazy stuff in "the nature" and if anyone could explain it, it would be famous scientist Charles Darwin.

Amy then continued straight into discussing the humble Platypus. Is it a possum? Is it a duck? Is it an otter? You decide!

Sarah had a bit of a chat about the Creatonotos Gangis Moth,

this thing is the stuff of nightmares.

Then She talks a little more in-depth about the Cassowary,  a bird that doesn't look like it evolved since the age of the Dinosaurs.

Bianca closed out by discussing the theory of devolution (de-evolution) most notably the hagfish (terrifying monster of the sea) which as we discovered, this creature has ancestors going back 300 million years.
